Terms & Conditions

You must provide accurate information, secure your account and be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation. You are responsible for activity under your account and must report unauthorised use immediately.

Talklino provides software for live chat, customer communication and team management. We may improve or change features, as long as the core of a paid subscription is not materially reduced without appropriate notice.

You use Talklino lawfully and respect the rights of others. You may not:

• distribute spam, malware, fraud, harassment or illegal content;
• circumvent, disrupt, reverse-engineer or access the service without authorisation;
• process personal data without a valid legal basis or required notices to data subjects;
• sell or share access beyond the limits of your subscription.

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the chosen cycle. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. In case of non-payment we may limit or suspend access after reasonable notice.

The trial lasts 14 days and requires no payment card unless stated otherwise at signup. Afterwards, choose a paid plan to keep using paid features. We may restrict abuse of trial accounts.

You retain all rights to your data and chat content. You grant Talklino only the rights needed to operate, secure and support the service. You warrant that you may lawfully process the content.

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by third parties.

You can cancel your subscription according to the cancellation policy. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of serious breach, security risk, abuse or legal necessity. After termination your access ends and data may be deleted after the applicable retention period.

The parties will first try to resolve disputes amicably. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to mandatory consumer protection. The service provider is Talklino Technology Limited, registration number 81312577, located at Flat 2304, 23/F Ho King Commercial Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong.
