Cookie Policy

This policy describes how Talklino uses cookies and similar technologies on talklino.com, in the dashboard and in the chat widget.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local browser storage, can keep preferences and session information.

2. Necessary cookies

These are needed for signing in, account security, session management, language and theme settings and the basic operation of the chat widget. Without them the service may not work properly. We do not ask consent for these where the law does not require it.

3. Analytics and preferences

If we use non-essential analytics or preference cookies, we only enable them after your consent where legally required. They help us understand how the website is used and fix problems.

4. Chat widget

The widget may store a random visitor or conversation ID so a conversation can continue across pages and visits. The Talklino customer who places the widget on their website is responsible for information and consent on that website.

5. Your choices

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may break signing in and chat history. Where a consent banner is available, you can change your preference there.

6. Changes

We update this policy when the technologies we use change. For questions contact talklino@outlook.com.
